I am looking to get a 32" 120w LED light bar to cover my 48" 55 gallon tank. This should be enough right? The price is 425 comes with a remote control and a timer. Anyone know a better deal?

2 of the Tao units off eBay or amazon should be 250-300 range and will cover your whole tank

It's not so much total watts as individual led wattage. You want a unit that uses 3 watt LEDs ( they will be run at 2w, that's fine)

Ive just bought a lt pro led off eBay for my 48 inch tank and I can't fault it covers it no problem and each led is 3 watts. Only cost 269 pounds.
