protein skimmer for 36 GALLON.????????????

I NEED HELP BADLY, as i am a noob.

I need a protein skimmer for my 36 gallon.

I need it to be extremely quiet, as the tank is in my room.

From the back of the tank to my wall there is only like 2 inches of room,

I would prefer to mount it either on the side of the tank or on the floor if possible.

I do not want it in a sump.

Any skimmers around $125 that will fit my needs?
