Protein skimmer question

I need a quiet protein skimmer. 65 gallon tank in my bed room. I hear a lot that protein skimmers start off loud and get quiet over time. Is this true with all. What's the best to go over?

While I love my hang on remora skimmer, I can't imagine having that noise in my bedroom! lol It did get quieter over time but it's still the only thing I hear in my living room and I have 5 tanks in there.
