I got an aquarium pump but the tubing i bought is too long, is it ok if i cut the tubing in half to make it work?

if you use addaptors to make it fit youll louse water preasure.. if you cut it in half youll likely have a leaking mess (if I understand you correctly)
Its best to have the correct size tubing..

I always cut my tubing to fit... i don't know how it would leak, the tubing usually comes really long and i just cut what i need and put it where i need it.
