Putting together a 90 gallon reef

I so I need to get a protein skimmer and was curious if the reef octopus 110 was a good choice. It's on cl for 100$. Any input is appreciated.

I'm torn between the red sea and the marineland. Any thoughts on either? I'm leaning towards the marineland.

What is a good turnover rate for a 90 reef? I'd like suggestions for a reef with and without sps? I know sps require more flow. Thanks
