PVC Cement and Saltwater

I have most of the PVC plumbing for my saltwater aquarium dry fit. My question is, is there anything that would harm my tank inhabitants from the cement? I'm well aware that it will need to dry and such before letting my return pump go, but after that is there anything that could cause issues?

I asked the same thing. Ive been told that it cures in 15 min and then u can use it. Im in the process of putting a diy canister on my tank and im using pvc. I painted some pieces so i have to wait a week before i can put them in the tank. But when they are cured im goin to clue it all together and then wait 24 hours just to be safe.
