Python no spills advice

Hi, I've been looking at this item for a while but need some advice with it. I have separate hot and cold taps, how would I get the python to work? Is there an adapter I'd need to buy? ? I'm totally clueless lol

Yup, or at least for the diy one I wa a looking at until I kinda just patched pumps together. The fixture is for water hose and it was used for a water hose. The water hose Python tends to be cheaper and longer for those hard to reach tanks. Anyway the fixture is called magic blue (or something very similar) and it's for refilling water beds

For fill operations you would need to get a 2to1 faucet adapter from a hardware place. For drain operations you could just hook up to the cold tap.

I only use my python for fill operations, I dont like the idea of wasting water to drain water.
