Q's about 29g LED hood from walmart

Pretty much want to know if anyone has had any experience at all with these. I'm about to go to town and was thinking about picking one up.

Do you have a link to it?

What are you trying to do with it? Just accent light a tank, or are you looking to grow plants. If you are looking to grow plants, what kind of plants?

Well I was just wanting it for lighting and was concerned with the reliability with it being from walmart. Unfortunately they don't have the hoods for 29g. If you are a mod Fort, please delete for me, and thank you.
