Hi everyone! I'm new to having a canister filter - a Marineland C-360. I got some Seachem Purigen and "The Bag". I filled t with about 200ml but it seems awefully small in the tray. Am I doing this wrong? Is there some other bag I should be using? Am I supposed to be using 2 of them?

I use the 100ml purigen that comes already in a bag for my 75gal. I know it looks small but if you are using the correct amount for the size of you aquarium - you are OK. I use this product instead of carbon in my canister in the top tray.

That's what I'm doing too, also for a 75gal. 200ml in the tray that would normally be the carbon and also some filter floss in that tray too.

Well there is bio media above that. The next tray up is plastic bio balls and then above that are ceramic rings.
