Quiet Inline/External Pump

I am in search of a quiet inline/external pump.

I am using a 90 Gallon Reef ready going into a CPR1000 Wet Dry. I have a 3/4 bulkhead coming out of the sump side that the pump can go into. I am going back to the tank with a UV sterizer inline.

Right now I have a Mag 7 in the sump submerged and I have also tried it externally inline and it is noisy. (motor sounds, not air sounds).

I was looking at something like Iwaki, but I have heard they aren't that quiet either.

Suggestions?

I will tell you that external pumps are nice but not quiet at all compared to internal.

Iwaki's use a little more power but are very reliable.

I have heard good things from people about the BlueLine Velocity T4 pump. It is Titanium and if it runs dry it is not an issue.

Eheim great QUIET pumps internally--My favorite for the $$

I'm going to move this to the general hardware/equipment section. I believe you will get a lot more personal expereinces and knowledge there.
