A Quiet Pump
I am running a Little Giant 4DQX-SC on my 240 gal reef setup. It pushes 1225 @ 3 ft. It is pretty loud, you can feel and hear it in about 1/2 the house.
The tank and stand are on waterproof foam padding, with a layer of insulfoam between stand bottom and sump/fuge & pump setup. Can anyone reccommend a quieter, lower frequency external pump? THANKS
