Question Quite start up wave pumps

Is anyone familiar with the Sicce line of pumps. They claim to be quite start up without the clicking and rattle of my K3s. I am looking for a affordable alternative to the Vortech line of pumps as they are kinda pricey for my budget. The link below is info on the Sicce Voyager 2s and such. Looks promising.
