Recommendation for Plant Light Fixture

What's a good light fixture that you could recommend for a 75g (4ft tank)?

I'm thinking about buying this light fixture since I have no hood: https://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/252156/product.web
It has a one year warranty. It was also one of the least expensive light fixture.

Then buy this lamp:

I'm planting my tank with java moss and java fern, but I want to leave myself open to plants with higher light requirement if I ever decide to go in that direction.

48" T5 HO Aquarium Lighting Freshwater Plant 162W Timer | eBay

And it's great so far, the timer is fantastic.

How serious are you about a high-light tank? A four-bulb T8 shop light is a cheap option that can produce good results. It doesn't pack the same punch as a good T5HO or serious LED fixture, but it doesn't punch you nearly as hard in the wallet either.
