So for starters, I'm preparing to move and upgrade my tank at the same time. I'll be upgrading to the 50 Gal Innovative Marine Lagoon, but the issue I'm stuck at now is adding more flow to the tank. Obviously there are 2 return spouts that are stock but I'd like to add 2 more power heads to give it more, especially since I'll be adding SPS to the tank.
Currently I have been looking at the TUNZE line up, more specifically the 6040 but mainly the 6050. Does anyone have these?
Does anyone recommend any other pumps? I'm looking for controllable with varied flow. And what is the best angles to put pumps in the tank? Facing each other on the back sides? On the back sides but point more towards the middle of the tank? One in the front and one in the back?
