Reef keeper Elite Multi timer for dosing

ID like to start dosing my tank with one, have the pumps from BRS two. Alk and cal
I set the timer part, think this is where I got it wrong. Book is no help imp
7 day a week
Start time 5:00am
Time on 5:00
Time off. 5:10
10 min should pump 11 mil

And the cal would start at 6:00 am

Hr in between for more play, have to do more you can have it do it twice a day
This was going to be a test but it's not coming on. It dos if I turn the plug on. I filled the lines that way.
