Reef keeper/monitor

Just had a question about using a reef monitor as I've been researching different ones....is this overkill if I'm staying on top of water changes for a 10gallon nano reef? I was seeing mixed reviews on these monitors & would rather not put out the money if its a piece of junk. Thanks!

definitely overkill for a ten gallon.
I imagine the reef keeper will cost more than everything in the tank.

Your not gonna have much to control on such a small tank. Like pb said definitely not needed
