Reefkeeper Lite trouble

Hello all

So I am having an issue and want to see if anyone can help, beside me calling Digital Aquatics.

My reefkeeper lite is propberly 6 months old and it was reading the pH fine till a couple of days ago, now it wont show up on the display unit, I did an recalibration and nothing than bought a new standard probe and still wont read the pH, any ideas if there is something I have to do to the controller?
