Refractometer questions

Would any refractometer work for saltwater testing? I've seen some for sale on ebay for making beer/wine in the $20 price range.

Any suggestions on reputable brands/sale prices that you know of would also be great.

As long as the refractometer is for saltwater and not for things like glucose or protein they are pretty much all the same I like the ones that have the regular screw to adjust and not the thumb screw since it stays calibrated. My friend got one from ebay and I got a Milwaukee off a forum and they are the same as far as testing.
