Well I finally setup the fuge. I am happy that it went so well.(no disasters). Still had plenty of concerns though. The overflow was driving me crazy with the gurgling sound. I did some web surfing and found a fix. It works great with minor changes. Check out the link if you are interested

My other concern was the water level in the tank. Just a little too high for my liking. The new pipe made it a tad worse. removing the water just didnt help(still trying to figure that one out). I put a valve in my return line and restricted flow from my pump at I had it made.
This might need to be in DIY forum but it is more of a post of happiness since all is going great now.
