Not that I do not support site sponsors but came across this item. Seems like a steal. Any one have any thought or concerns. 0PPM Portable 50 GPD Reverse Osmosis RO+DI Filtration POQ-4B-50:Amazon:Home & Kitchen

Thanks

Here's a video of someone testing it.

I think this is the same unit.

Been looking for something like this to maybe run like after an HOB as a automatic water changer. Another DIY project in the making.

At a quick glance,
Doesn't have a flush loop on the flow Restrictor, doesn't have a pressure gauge.

Both important items!

(Also unless it's always really warm, 50gpd won't produce much water, nominal production is at 24'C water temp and around 60-65psi)

RO Questions

Something with 10" canisters would be better as the serviceable parts are more common. Everybody sells 10" replacement filters!

Thanks guys. I ended up buying the unit. 430 tds from tap 000 coming out. It is slow. That's the only real down fall. I guess time will tell on reliability.
