Ro/di system help

[Grease]

I have a culligans ro system in my house. I want to get the di filters. I want to make sure I get the right one. Is the di filter a big polypropylene filter or more like a chamber filter? I'm trying to explain it to them n I don't think they understand me.

Usually it is a chamber. It may take a cartridge though, but either way, it's filled with resin (small beads). They may be brown or blue and white.

Ok. Thanks. I would think that they would know what it is. I shouldn't have to explain it to them. I'll just go to my lfs n buy one there I guess
