Ok, so probably a dumb question but I wanted to ask anyways.

As long as there is no de-ionization chamber in a Kent, Coralife, etc... RO system I can use it for drinking water as well as fish tank water right?

Check with the manufacturer if they used all food-grade parts.

Food grade di-ionization chambers are fine for drinking water. Brita filters have DI resins in them.

Thanks for the answer. I guess my question should have been "are aquarium RO units food grade?" I'll google on that. Thanks again.

It contains no nutrients valuable to human life (other than that minimal TDS that sneaks through). So stock up on your vitamins (so much for the cost savings eh)
