The reverse osmosis I bought says I need to sanitize it every six months. You put four tablespoons of bleach in the prefilter chamber then flush it untill bleach smell is gone.
I'm not too worried about everything before the membrane filter, but if I have a pressureized storage tank, the bleach runs through it.
Is this water still useable for my tank? Or is there something else to use to sanitize, like vinegar or something?
