When I first turn my unit on I have 20 Tds and then slowly goes to 0 it has done this since new anyone else experience this

Are you using a handheld or an inline Tds meter? If your using a hand held in a container the Tds reading can come from dust in it and it will not read 0 until you rinse the container in ro di a few times.
