?s About adding 2nd filter

Ello. I just received a penguin 200B filter and would like to add it to my cycled 29 gallon tank that houses 2 goldfish. I currently am using a Cascade 150 filter. i just orderd a new bio wheel for the panguin. So my questions are 1) is it ok to just add the new filter in since there is already a cycled filter in the tank? and 2) i see these come with carbon filters that i don't want to use, i'm assuming the bio wheel filter is all that is necessary? 3) do i just clean the biowheel in used aquarium water and put back as i do with my cascade filters?

Also, I am currently treating the tank with PraziPro if that is relevant.

1) yes it's fine to add it. It won't effect the cycle.
2) yes. Just the bio wheel is enough.
3) yes. Use bucket of tank water and swish it about to clean off junk.

The prazi will have no effect.
