What kind of spray paint is safe for use inside with fishes?

Why do you want to paint the inside? Why not the outside?

I am painting a home made spray bar want it to be blue its white now and sticks out like a sore thumb

Krylon Fusion (or fuzion... something like that) works well. I've used it multiple times in underwater applications. Just let it cure for a few days first.

what he said. ive used it too.

most important thing with this to let it cure before you put it to use. i learned that the hard way on a freshwater tank i had a while back.
