Sale of 55w/65w CF bulbs - Aquarium Advice

Hi all, I came across this deal and thought some of you would be interested. Blubs in 6700K & 10,000K straight and square pin bulb for $10 each. I can't vouch for company or bulb, but the deal is pretty sweet:

just a question is it true what they say about the 55 watt being same as 65 watt bulbs? i personally purchased some off ebay that have so far been just fine shipping is somewhat rough but you can get 4 bulbs for $20 ~ $5 a bulb
