The only spot that will support my tank is severely off level, not just side to side but also front to back. Additionally, there is a hump in the floor right where the middle of the stand will be. I have a 90 gal tank on a wood frame with a solid bottom. Shimming won't work. Is there any type of floor leveling compound or material that I can cut and shave that would support the tank evenly?

Just shim a piece of 3/4" plywood as a base. You could add foam board in between as a little compression buffer.
