Skimmer help

Can someone please tell me why my skimmer would be doing this it's been like it for weeks Click image for larger version

looks like the skimmer is pulling out quality dry skimmate. have you tried to get some wet skimmate? (or less dry)

Like red wolf said just skim it a little wetter. That's really good for a free skimmer though.

I turned it up a bit more but it's still done it I'll turn it up even more. Have you guys heard much about these skimmers?
