Hi guys
Bought a betta 1620 canister filter a while back and it's great. Came with this skimmer attachment but I can't set it up for the life of me!!!
In the pic is how I assume it should be, but I constantly find it completely submerged. There's no danger of any fish getting in it but defeats the point in my opinion if it's totally under the surface.
There a tight little tap on the pipe that allows the rate to be reduced to zero and I've got it at about 2/3s at the moment but have tried all with no luck.
Water level doesn't seem to make a difference either. It's at about 6mm up from its absolute bottom and it can go another 10mm at least so it has plenty of travel.
I'm stuck as to what else I can try!!! Thanks in advance for your help
