smallest canister filter available

What is the smallest canister filter available? I wanna use it as a surface skimmer on my tank

This one is pretty small:

Have not used it. I noticed on one of the reviews that it could leak if not level. Idk.
It measures 7.2" x 4.8" x 8.1"
Volume: 0.53 gallons
Rate: 95 gph

I saw that one, I liked it but its a bit expensive for such a tiny thing. I also saw this one
