Sponge for skimmer

So I need a new sponge for my my reef octopus bh-100. The main black sponge has sort of disengrated. Before we figured out that the pipes come out to clean the sponge, I use to stab and rinse it with hot water to try and clean it. Do you guys know where I can find a replacement sponge, I have checked multiple sites with no luck.
