Spray Bars and Salt?

Does anyone utilize a spray bar on the return line of salt tanks. Would you position it at or just below the surface level of the tank, Is salt percipitation a concern with this and how, if you use one is the surface turbulance?

I have a canister filter and use the spray bar, located about 1 1/2-2 inches below the water line. I have the spray bar turned slightly upwards so I get ripples on the surface. Some salt creep on the class canopy but easy to wipe off when doing water changes.
