Storage water.?

Just picked up a rubbermate brute 32 gal container to mix and store
saltwater. My question is how long can you store water before it goes bad or does it.? And should keep a powerhead running in the container or a air stone.?

I have kept salt water for several months with no problems. I run a PH in there to keep it from going stagnant. I also have a heater in there that I use to bring it up to temp before a WC.

I do the same with the powerhead, and I dont have any problems. I like to age my water before doing the water change.
