Is there a such thing? I tried the suction cups that hold airline tubing but they don't work well with heater cord since the cord is flat and not round.
I don't know about suction cups, but my wife got some sort of 3M product to stick to our porch railing to hold strings of christmas lights. Sounds similar to what you're looking for, but not really movable like a suction cup once they are set in place.
O... I didn't realize you meant for in the tank.... I don't run my cord in the tank at all, so hadn't even considered that. Maybe not such a good idea then.
You could still use the airline suction cups, just put the wire where your airline would go and wrap a rubber band around it all to hold it in place or break the rubber band and tie it to the suction cup so it holds the wire in place.
