Sump

So as some of you know I started a topic earlier about a wet dry filter form my reef tank. That idea is out the window, so instead sump it is! Thank you to all for the input, you have saved my butt many times now! So here is the thing, i dont want to build a sump, so instead I would like to buy a premade on. I would want a filter sock, room for protien skimmer(I want to put my HOB on there), heater also room for possiably a refugium and other things that I might decide to get later on. My price range stops at about $200 for one. Any recomendations on what to get?
I found: (either bigger or smaller one)
Berlin Sumps
