Sump design

Hi guys I just want to know if you can see any problems with my sump design .

In red will be a corner box to put filter wool in and the rest of the compartment will be for the skimmer and the fuge will be in the second compartment. Will this work or not

You’ll want a bubble trap on the left at stage 1 also. Why filter wool that you have to replace all the time? Couldn’t you just use lr rubble?

I am going to use LR rubble at a later stage but still going to use filter wool for mechanical filtration.

Why will I need a bubble trap on the left?

Just to cut down on the bubbles that the overflow/skimmer will generate. It’s not necessary to cut the bubbles down before they enter the fuge but I’ve found it better to have them at both ends personally. If you are still going to use the filter wool then it’s probably not needed.
