Sump overflow.

Hi all.
Could anyone tell me what the best size would be to drill my 4ft tank for an overflow. . Any help would be great.

I would drill it for a 1.5" bulkhead. here you will find the correct bit and size necessary for the bulkhead you choose-
Diamond Coated Glass Drill Bits - Bulk Reef Supply

I'm not sure. Definitely over 1000 gph though.
Looking at the link below it says 2100 gph, but I don't think it's quite that much.
GPM/GPH Flow based on PVC Pipe Size, ie, How much water can flow through Sch 40 Pvc Pipe Size 1/2" 3/4" 1" 1.5" 2" 2.5" 3" 4" 6"
