I'm buying the tank. Just to make baffles. Going for a design like this....

I'm guessing the water will dump into the right side of the picture, flow one chamber to the left where the skimmer will be, then the baffles are to separate bubbles... Correct?

I had it comin in the left where the skimmer is, bubbles being caught there, passing to the fuge then moving to the return. Also, where could I put my chemi pure and sponge?

Then the return is on the right.. Think I get it now lol. Yes, looks good. If you take it to a glass store, let them take the dims on it, there needs to be a tiny bit of play to get the pieces into place, but not enough you can't get a good seal. The chemipure you can put about anywhere in good water flow. Do you mean a sponge filter, or just to pick up things floating around the water?
