Switching from MH to LED

So I just got my Chinese Leds hung 12" off of the water surface in my 92g corner reef. So I just turned them on. I'm starting them at 40% on blue and 30% white. Is that too much to start with? Should blue and white be equal amounts? How high should I eventually take the lights to 75-85%? Over how long of a period of time?
