T4 20w 6500k lights

I'm looking for a light for my TV tank and I only have 2.5cm to mount one between the top of the tank and the top o the TV. Is a single 20w t4 going to cut it? I'm wanting low light for cyrpts, etc. I had a single 18w t8 over the tank in the past and am looking for a little more light.

I forgot to add the tanks just over a foot high and 2 long.

Alright. I'm home from the shops and I bought the light. It fits perfectly. I've been doing some reading and the diameter of the lights (t4/t5/etc) doesn't matter so it's about the same as the t8. Right?

It's usually a combination of the diameter and efficiency, I believe. T5NO and T8s have fairly similar outputs, so I would expect T4s to have slightly more still.

It's probably a reasonable amount of light.
