T5 lights

I'm just about ready to order lighting for my 55Gal and after doing a bit of reading and browsing I've decided to go with the T5's. The best site I've found to order from is www.reefgeek.com and I'm looking at the Tek Light T5 HO Florecents -- the question is should I go with the 54W or 39W? I'm planning on having leather coral // anemone.

someone on reefcentral forum has a 55gal with 4x39w = 2.8w/gal tek light system and keeps pretty much everything: sps, lps, clams.
