I am recently trying to set up a breaded dragon cage and i need a clamp lamp for it, my sump has a lamp with a flood light to feed my macroalgae and help with the natural ph swing, i have an extra 2 bulb t5ho fixture available, do u think it would be effective in replacing my clamp lamp? It would illuminate the whole sump instead of one spot

It should be fine. Just make sure the T5 light is around 6500 k

Yes, just be sure not to exceed the rating on the clamp fixture with the bulb for the Dragons... Remember, they NEED uvb, not just uva light

I find mercury vapor bulbs to work the best
