Lol. I don't have experience with them but my aquarium has two T5 lights and I am clueless about what to do with them.
I guess I'll try them out. Doing freshwater.

With 2 t5 lights, depending on your aquarium, you will probably need CO2 to keep algae at bay...

Can you explain the use of CO2? I am ignorant in that regard, thanks!

CO2 helps the plants suck up the nutrients before the algae can get to it.
It's really quite necessary for a high lit tank like yours.
