Temp issues

Ok so the last few days have been way up in the hundreds and my tank is fluctuating between 80 and 83... What do I need to make this problem go away and stay a steady temp? A better heater? A chiller? Its a 25 gallon biocube

Open the lid on your tank, and let a fan blow across the top of it. That will bring the temp down.
