I would like to share my heartbreaking discovery today 
Last week in Petco's clearance section I found 2 Marineland C-160 canister filters marked down to $30 each. I promptly asked the cashier what the deal was and apparently they were not going to be carrying them anymore and had to get rid of there stock. So naturally I bought both! Waiting to set up my 40 breeder, they lived next to the empty tank in their box.
I got home today to discover that my dogs became curious and ate BOTH boxes. Including all of the attachments and the power cords at the base of the filter
