I'm just about buying a new filter for my aqua (240L) i I can't decide whether to choose tetra 1200 or unimax 500.
In Poland their prices r as follows:
Tetra EX 1200: 320zł=100$
UNIMAX 500: 370zł=115$.
The technical parameters are to the advantage of UNIMAX, but Tetra is considered to be a better firm...
The filter capacity in tetra is only 4L = 1Lx4 -> http://www.tetra.de/doc/doc_downloa...076AC7882534AEA1F18&o_file_id=507&o_lang_id=2
and in UNIMAX 12L=3Lx4
Both have the water flow equal 1200L/h
So? It seems that the UNIMAX is better...
But what about their construction, etc?
