I have these in both my tanks. I can't say enough about them. Almost dead on with the digital thermometers and the controls are external which is a great thing. I would get a pair of 150w, strong enough to do the whole tank if they have to, but not to strong if they go nuts.

Titanium heater....

So two 150W would be good enough for a 55G? Those are pretty sweet heaters! Nice price too! I might as well buy a thermometer from them as well. Which one do you have/like?

I figure 5 watts a gallon so that will do the trick. I have these thermometers. Cool little things.

Titanium heater....

Cool, buying them now! Thanks for the help!

+++EDIT+++
DOH! I got all excited and ordered them...but they are for FW only, sorry, I should have posted that I have a SW tank. LOL!

Back to my original question, anyone have a suggestion on where to get a couple of titanium heaters?
BTW, I'll have two of the above mentioned stainless steel heaters 150W for sale or trade, in the near future.

Here is what I use. http://www.wonbrothers.com/product/heater/ICHEATER.htm

I can't see why you can't use the other brand for saltwater. If you need to buy new heaters then Won Brothers have good heaters. I buy them on ebay, but I am sure some online stores sell them.
