Too much????

I just recently bought a second hand 270L (70G) tank. Yesterday I set it up to start cycling and put in the two 1100L/h (290g/h) internal filters in and there seems to be ALOT of water movement. Just wondering if I could getaway with just using the one?

does it have a spray bar on the exit pipe, or maybe you can make one?

i have a basic internal filter and it has various attachments including a spray bar which i didnt use.
mine is pushing water right up near the surface to create a slight ripple and just to move a bit of water around the tank.

No it doesn't. Just has a giant jet of water spraying out at million miles an hour. Making one sounds like a great idea.
