Bought a used tank and it came with a glass top. The top glass has plastic trim pieces at the back and it is broken in a few spots. I would like to fix this if possible.

The glass is in good shape so if possible I would like to order just the plastic trim. Anybody have any ideas where I can find this to buy? Hopefully somewhere that ships to Canada.
